Diane Evans
RN, BSNDiane graduated from Our Lady of the Lake Diploma Registered Nurse program in 1980 and then later obtained a Bachelor of Nursing at Southeastern University. Diane has Emergency, Critical Care and Medical review experience. She utilizes her nursing experience to review medical history, health conditions and medicines with patients during Treatment Planning and surgery consents.
